How to Change Your Voicemail Passcode

1. From your desk phone, press the “Messages” button
2. Press the “Connect” soft key
3. Enter your default password (Please call us at 732-653-5000, Option 2 if you do not know your password)
4. Press “0” for mailbox options
5. Press “5” to Change Password
6. Input your new Password followed by the # key. Password should be 4 digits in length.
7. Re-enter your new Password followed by the # key
8. You will hear a prompt confirming your password has been changed successfully.
9. End the call by hanging up the handset or pressing the “End Call” softkey.
10. Use your newly created password to access your voicemail box in the future.
